1. We will orient your Circle (s)
We will coordinate Circle selection with your organization representative, orient your Circle by training on the 4 stages of psychological safety (Certified Trainer) and introduce the toolkit to utilize to solve the specific adaptive challenge over the 12 month time period
2. We will consult with your Circle (s) quarterly
Our courageous consultants are trained to challenge the status quo that is not working while facilitating psychological safety with accountability
3. We will survey your Circle (s) influence
The Circle (s) influence on the organization as a whole is critical to effective implementation of solutions for adaptive challenges. Circle participants will have assignments and homework to carry back to the whole to get input and implement. Consultants will measure Circle(s) influence after 12 month time period using a comprehensive survey
